RAS is the lofi disco project of Dekel Adin, Eden Leshem, and Guy Gefen.  

4:20 is the debut single from the group and the first offering from their debut self titled album out through Average Negative in 2019.

We are also treated to a remix from Alek Lee, as well as both the Radio and instrumental versions of the track.

Far from their childhood homes in rural Israel the trio came together in 2018 in Berlin to record their debut album as RAS, which was conceived over the span of a week in Dekel’s Berlin bedroom. Armed with a Tascam Portastudio 424 Tape Machine, Vintage Drum Machines, Guitars and bongos, Dekel, Eden and Guy managed to create and intricate balance between lofi soul and brighter mediterranean leaning club-disco-funk jams, ending up with a record we might mistake as a lost treasure of the early 90’s.   A record that perhaps has an unconscious connection to the past, but more importantly to a onward looking story of friendship and a musical journey which has spanned many continents throughout the last ten years to culminate into the first RAS release in 2019.

The release will feature exclusive artwork by Tel Aviv based visual artist and collagist Alon Tayar.
